The ideal candidate can handle contested litigation with compassion, confidence, and attention to detail--while contributing to a positive, client-focused firm.
The ideal candidate will have substantial courtroom experience and the ability to manage all phases of a family law case, from initial consultation through trial. You’ll have direct client contact, full paralegal and administrative support, and the autonomy to manage your caseload within a structured, supportive team environment.

We handle cases throughout Calhoun, Cleburne, Etowah, St. Clair, Talladega, Randolph and Cherokee counties. At Baxley Maniscalco, we have a reputation as aggressive and effective litigators who achieve excellent outcomes for our clients. As a firm, we promote a supportive and collegial environment, flexible in office/remote work from home schedule, and we prioritize family time and work/life balance.
Our purpose is full justice for every client.
Our core values are:
1. We never settle “cheaply”.
2. We earn and deserve our clients’ complete trust.
3. We are an elite trial team and we fight hard without being jerks.
4. We help each other learn, grow, and improve continually.
5. We are attentive to detail, consistency, and excellence.
Our differentiators in how we serve family law clients are:
1. We communicate with clients clearly and reliably—they can always receive a timely response to their questions.
