Family Law Attorney

We’re seeking talent on behalf of Ashmore Law in Dallas, Texas. We are looking for an experienced Family Law Attorney to join their team. This is a unique opportunity for a highly skilled attorney with a strong track record in family law and an established book of business to elevate their practice within a top-tier environment.

As a key member of this firm, you will represent clients in high-net-worth divorces, complex property divisions, contentious child custody disputes, marital agreements, and other family law matters. We are looking for a strategic thinker, persuasive negotiator, and seasoned litigator who is passionate about advocating for clients with professionalism and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-asset divorce and property division cases
• Represent clients in complex child custody disputes and parental rights cases
• Draft, review, and negotiate marital agreements and related legal documents
• Provide strategic counsel and advocacy in mediation, settlement, and litigation
• Manage a caseload independently while collaborating with the firm’s legal team
• Maintain and expand a strong client base within the Dallas legal community

Requirements

• Board Certification in Family Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization
• Licensed to practice in Texas and in good standing with the State Bar
• 10+ years of family law experience with proven expertise in high-asset and complex cases
• Established book of business and strong professional reputation
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to litigate, negotiate, and resolve high-conflict matters
