Family Law Attorney

Baron Family Law is hiring a Senior Family Law Attorney to lead sophisticated, high-stakes family law matters across California, high-net-worth asset division, contested custody, and privacy-sensitive cases where discretion and litigation skill matter.

If you prefer a traditional in-office environment, we offer optional workspace in Beverly Hills/Los Angeles or Sacramento, but day-to-day operations are remote.

What You’ll Do

• Lead strategy for complex dissolution and custody matters involving significant assets (business interests, real property portfolios, complex income/support, tracing/reimbursements)
• Handle litigation end-to-end: pleadings, discovery, motion practice, settlement conferences, evidentiary hearings, and trial preparation/contested hearings
• Draft persuasive declarations and court-ready filings with strong evidence organization
• Coordinate with experts when needed (forensic accountants, appraisers, custody professionals)
• Maintain a high-touch client experience: proactive updates, clear expectations, confident guidance
• Mentor and collaborate with the team; contribute to stronger templates and workflows
• Use strong systems and support: templates, workflows, and a team built to support high-level litigation

Requirements

• Active California Bar license in good standing
• 5+ years California family law experience with meaningful contested litigation
• Trial experience required (or substantial evidentiary hearing experience)
• Excellent legal writing + courtroom advocacy
• Organized, responsive, and accountable in a remote environment
• Experience with XSpouse / Family Law Software (or equivalent) preferred
• High-income/high-asset client experience (business owners, executives, complex financials) strongly preferred

Pay: $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 per year
