We are growing quickly and seeking an experienced, dynamic family law attorney to join our Austin team in a hybrid role. In this position, you will represent real families navigating divorce, custody, SAPCRs, and more with heart, strategy, and strength.

What You Will Do

• Lead your own caseload and develop thoughtful, strategic approaches for each client
• Represent clients confidently in contested family law matters, including hearings, mediations, and trials
• Help families reach resolution through negotiation, not just litigation
• Apply strong knowledge of the Texas Family Code and Texas Rules of Civil Procedure
• Counsel clients with clarity, compassion, and practical guidance
• Collaborate with a team that believes in winning together and growing every day

What You Bring

• Three or more years of experience handling contested family law matters
• Active Texas State Bar license
• Strong negotiation, communication, and advocacy skills

Compensation and Benefits

$85,000 – $115,000, depending on experience + plus performance-based bonus compensation you will actually be excited about.
