Justin Andersson, P.A. - Your 850 Divorce Lawyer is a new boutique family law firm experiencing amazing client growth. We’re a small team doing big things - focused exclusively on helping families through divorce, child custody, child support, alimony, modifications, and all related family law matters across Northwest Florida.

We are not a corporate firm. We work on a stage flat-fee model - no billable hours ever. This means no endless time-tracking pressure, no rigid bureaucracy, and no soul-crushing big-firm culture. We genuinely believe in work-life balance and building a sustainable, fulfilling practice where you can do meaningful work without burning out.

The Opportunity

This is the perfect opportunity for an attorney who wants to be exposed to just about everything a lawyer possibly can be. In our fast-growing practice, you won’t be siloed into one narrow task. Instead, you’ll get broad, hands-on experience across the full spectrum of legal practice:

• Initial client consultations and strategy sessions

• Contract and settlement agreement review/drafting

• Pleadings, discovery, and motion practice

• Evidence handling and trial preparation

• Full litigation (contested and uncontested divorces, custody battles, support cases, etc.)

• Negotiations, mediation, and courtroom advocacy

It’s a little bit of everything - and it broadly allows you to be a lawyer in the truest sense.

Because we’re a new firm with rapid client growth, there is tremendous potential for both personal and professional development. You’ll have real autonomy, direct client impact, and clear paths to grow as the firm expands.

What We’re Looking For

• Active Florida Bar license.

• Litigation experience (family law preferred)

• Passion for family law and compassion for clients navigating difficult life transitions

• Excellent written and oral advocacy skills

• Self-motivated team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced small-firm environment

What We Offer

• Competitive base salary of $80,000 – $125,000 (commensurate with experience)
