About the Role

The Zhou Law Group is expanding and seeking an experienced Family Law Associate Attorney or Senior Counsel to join our growing team in San Diego.

Responsibilities:

• Complete strategy meetings with clients at the inception of representation by the firm;
• Advise clients on their legal options in determining the course of litigation and/or settlement;
• Review and respond to correspondence from clients and opposing counsel;
• Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, and agreements;
• Represent clients in litigation at various hearings.

Requirements:

• Licensed to practice law in California;
• Minimum 2 years of experience in family law;
• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical abilities;
• excellent client relationship skills;
• Attention to details;
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle stressful situations;
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills;
• Significant courtroom experience.

The Zhou Law Group is seeking experienced, detail-oriented, and motivated attorneys in family law to join our team. We are one of the largest family law firms in California, with top-rated divorce lawyers and a highly skilled support team in San Jose and Los Angeles. Our team includes Certified Family Law Specialists and experienced attorneys, each with a minimum of five years practicing California family law. We handle a diverse range of complex cases, including divorce, same-sex divorce, child custody and support, spousal support, property division, domestic violence, and prenuptial and postnuptial agreements. As a forward-thinking, expanding firm, we are looking for the most qualified legal professionals to join us and contribute to delivering exceptional client service.
