About the Role:

We’re looking for a Family Law Attorney licensed in Arizona to co-counsel with our firm. Ideal for a solo practitioner or small firm, this role provides a consistent flow of vetted and funded clients while you focus entirely on representation.

We handle the marketing, intake, admin, and paralegal support—you handle the law.

Even better: you’re paid a guaranteed contract rate for every case accepted, whether or not the client pays.

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in Arizona family law matters including divorce, custody, support, and domestic violence
• Develop legal strategies, draft pleadings, and appear in mediation or court
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients
• Coordinate with our paralegal and administrative staff for seamless case management

Ideal Candidate:

• Licensed and in good standing with the Arizona State Bar
• Minimum 3 years of family law experience
• Has tried or litigated family law cases as lead counsel
• Highly organized, responsive, and tech-savvy (Zoom, cloud storage, case software)
• Solo attorney or small firm with ability to collaborate remotely

Compensation:

$100,000–$150,000 per year (based on volume; guaranteed contract pay per case)
