Family Law Attorney with 3+ Years of Experience

Souza Roy, a business law firm in Annapolis, Maryland is seeking a Corporate and Transactional Attorney with 3+ years of experience. The firm handles banking, business/corporate, civil and commercial litigation, commercial leasing, construction law/litigation, employment, estate planning/administration, franchise, mergers/acquisitions, non-profit, real estate/title, trademark/intellectual property, and succession planning matters.

Our clients are primarily businesses and business owners and the successful candidate will have a strong interest in business representation. An undergraduate degree in business is a plus.

We are particularly interested in candidates who have a connection to the local Anne Arundel County area. Start date is flexible.

No specific experience needed. We will train the successful candidate.

Desired Degree, Skills and Expertise:

• Juris Doctor
• Licensed in Maryland or a candidate for Maryland bar
• Strong research and writing skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Office Software
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Desire to learn
