We are a Dallas-based law office and we have an immediate opening for an experienced full-time Attorney. The Firm mainly practices in the areas of family law, estate planning and personal injury. Ideal Candidates should have at least 2 years of family or criminal law experience. If you also have personal injury or probate experience, that is a HUGE plus! Experience should include but not be limited to the following: litigation, settlement, temporary orders hearings, divorce, SAPCR, and child support hearings as well as final trials. An ideal candidate should be comfortable handling both uncontested and contested family law cases from start to finish. This would include drafting of pleadings, trial and witness preparation. Must possess strong organizational, communication, and customer skills. We know that the client isn't always right, but we do believe that our clients should ALWAYS feel valued and respected. The firm takes cases in all 5 counties in the DFW metroplex. This position will specifically handle cases in Dallas, Tarrant Denton and Collin counties.

Please be or have:

Graduated from law school and already licensed to practice in Texas.

This person must have at least 2 years of experience with family & or criminal law cases and already familiar with practicing in the DFW metroplex/Texas.

Please be well organized and detailed oriented and have leadership abilities.

Be confident but not arrogant.

Good communication and open to teamwork or collaboration.

Be a fierce advocate for clients

This is a hybrid position. You will be required to come into the office 3x per week at our N. Dallas Office. So you must reside in the metroplex. We are paid weekly! Signing bonus of $2500!

Pay: $95,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
