Overview:
We are looking to Family Law Attorney for a well-established litigation firm in Englewood MO. You will manage an active caseload of 30–40+ family law matters (divorce, custody, support, paternity, adoption, modifications, property disputes) with paralegal and firm support. Strong litigation and courtroom skills are essential.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a family law caseload from intake through resolution
• Communicate regularly with clients on status, strategy, and expectations
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement proposals
• Conduct discovery and depositions; prepare for mediation, hearings, and trial
• Represent clients in court with a strong courtroom presence
• Collaborate with paralegals and other attorneys
• Maintain organized files and meet all deadlines
• Stay current on Missouri family law developments

Qualifications:

• JD from an accredited law school
• Licensed and in good standing with the Missouri Bar
• Experience in litigation, trial work, or family law
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organization, time management, and follow-through
• Ability to manage client expectations with professionalism and compassion
• Comfortable working independently in an in-office environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
