Family Law Paralegal

Busy law office seeking an experienced Family Law Paralegal.

40 hours a week.
Responsibilities will include:

Drafting divorce petitions and SAPCRs;

E-filing documents;

Drafting discovery requests;

Setting hearings with family courts;

Preparing and amending pleadings;

Preparing for mediations and much more.

Preferably have at least 2 years of experience as a family law paralegal. We will not accept applications without family law experience.
Must have a positive attitude, great attention-to-detail skills, and can work well in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred but not necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
