Family Law Paralegal

Hi. We want to hire a Family Law Paralegal to help with my family law practice.

Fully Remote and schedule can be anytime that works well for you and can be mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.

And the work is part time from 4 to 10 hours per week. We're okay to negotiate pay and schedule.

The person we hire is responsible for:

• Forms and filing for cases
• Mailing paperwork
• Conducting discovery and modify pdf's
• Call and emails with clients and court

Note: Applicant must have at least 1 year of California Family Law experience AND be in school to be a paralegal, have worked at a law practice or have their paralegal certificate.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $29.00 per hour
