Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with all phases of family law cases, including divorce, child custody, visitation, and support matters
• Prepare and organize legal documents such as pleadings, motions, affidavits, and settlement agreements
• Manage case files efficiently using document management systems like TABS3 Cloud.
• Review and analyze legal documents for accuracy and compliance with court requirements
• Maintain effective communication with clients, courts, and external agencies to facilitate case progress

Requirements

• Proven paralegal experience with a strong background in family law or related legal fields
• Experience with legal case management software.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
• Strong writing skills for drafting legal documents and correspondence
• Ability to perform detailed document review, proofreading, transcription, and data entry tasks
• Effective interviewing skills combined with professional phone etiquette
• Demonstrated ability to handle administrative tasks such as filing, document management, clerical work, and maintaining organized records
