Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys in all aspects of family law cases, including divorce, child custody, and spousal support
- Conduct legal research and gather relevant case information
- Prepare and draft legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, propound and respond to discovery
- Organize and maintain client e-files and case documents
- Assist with trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and witness materials
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of direct experience as a paralegal in family law
- Demonstrable experience with requesting discovery and responding to it
- Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail
- Strong research and legal writing skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with client
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of court procedures and ability to assist with litigation processes
- Self-disciplined, highly motivated, and flexible

Pay: $25.00 - $38.00 per hour
