Herald Christian Health Center, a community health center, is actively seeking a board-certified, family practice physician, to serve our patients at our San Diego clinic. The mission of HCHC is to provide quality and affordable holistic healthcare to the low income, the uninsured and the medically indigent among the population of San Diego and San Gabriel Valley. HCHC patient population is comprised primarily of limited-English proficient immigrants from China, Hong Kong, Vietnam, and Taiwan.

Under the direct supervision of the Medical Director, the primary function of the physician, to provide continuing, comprehensive health wellness, preventive and medical care to patients and to follow established medical standards, procedures, and practices. Our EMR is eClinical Works.

Required Education/License/Certification:

1. Must be a graduate of an Accredited School of Medicine and have completed training internship and residency as required by California Licensure

2. Must be licensed by the State of California Medical Board

3. Must possess current DEA registration

4. Must obtain CME as required by license renewal.

5. Must meet credential standards and be granted privileges from the HCHC Board of Directors

Required Skills and Specifications:

1. Fluent in Bilingual English/Chinese or English/Spanish

2. Knowledge of public health principles and practices strongly preferred

3. Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills are required.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $232,960.00 - $290,000.00 per year
