Position Summary

Earn $250,000–$280,000 annually plus comprehensive benefits, loan repayment eligibility, and no weekend hours.
This full-time Family Practice Physician position is ideal for a provider who wants to make a meaningful impact in their community while enjoying a balanced schedule and strong clinical support.

You’ll provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to a diverse patient population, including individuals with complex medical needs. The position offers the opportunity to participate in quality improvement initiatives, workflow optimization, and population health efforts—making a tangible difference both at the individual and community level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver full-scope outpatient primary care for patients of all ages
  • Manage chronic and acute medical conditions using evidence-based guidelines
  • Participate in daily team huddles and clinic quality initiatives
  • Support care coordination and contribute to population health projects
  • Mentor clinical staff and advanced practice providers
  • Review labs, imaging, and documentation for compliance and continuity
  • Engage in peer review, credentialing, and departmental meetings
  • Help enhance patient experience and improve clinical operations

Qualifications

  • MD or DO degree and Board Certification in Family Medicine (required)
  • Active Washington medical license (or ability to obtain)
  • Unrestricted DEA and state-controlled substance registration
  • Minimum 2 years of post-residency clinical experience preferred
  • Eligible for FTCA malpractice coverage
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills
  • Commitment to serving diverse and underserved populations
