Imagine walking into a clinic where your patients become people you know. As the Family Medicine Physician, you’ll practice full-scope family medicine—diagnosing, treating, and managing health across the lifespan—while doing so in a relationship-based care model that values depth over volume. You’ll join a passionate team of health providers, addressing clinical and social needs with compassion and integrity.

Half your time is spent in direct patient care, performing exams, preventive screenings, chronic disease management, and more. The other half you’ll devote to documentation, quality initiatives, collaborating with colleagues, and ensuring all care aligns with clinic policies and regulatory standards.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide full-scope primary care: preventive, acute, chronic conditions
• Serve as a preceptor to trainees and less experienced providers
• Maintain medical records and chart reviews with timeliness and accuracy
• Participate in quality improvement and safety initiatives
• Provide on-call and inpatient care as required
• Uphold patient confidentiality, safety, and compliance with clinic standards

Who You Are:

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine
• Licensed (or able to obtain a license) to practice medicine in Oregon, with DEA and CPR credentials
• Experience (ideally 3+ years) in primary care or community health settings, especially in underserved areas
• Strong communicator, team-oriented, adaptable to diverse patient populations
• Willing to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $220,000.00 - $260,000.00 per year
