$75.00 to $130.00 per hour depending on experience

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care across all ages including pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients
• Perform routine exams, screenings, preventive care, and chronic disease management
• Diagnose and treat a wide range of acute and chronic conditions
• Interpret diagnostic tests, labs, imaging, and screenings
• Develop and adjust patient centered care plans
• Educate patients and families regarding health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment options
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high quality patient care
• Complete accurate and timely documentation in the EHR
• Travel to assigned clinic or hospital locations as needed

Qualifications

• Active California medical license MD or DO unrestricted
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program

Pay: $75.00 - $130.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 32 per week
