Providence Medical Group is seeking a full time Family Medicine physician to join the growing team of providers at the expanding Hawks Prairie Family Medicine clinic. • Flexible Monday to Friday schedule with 4, 10-hour shifts; up to 1 day of Telehealth possible

• Compensation is between $282,931 and $331,612 per year
• The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them.

Providence Medical Group - Southwest Washington is an organization of employed physicians and advanced-practice clinicians, providing services in two hospitals and 38 Primary and Specialty Care Clinics within 5 counties in the South Puget Sound region.
