Your Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver outpatient care in a collaborative setting
• Document visits in EMR with accurate ICD-10 & CPT coding
• Network with specialists and consult as needed
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives
• Share in on-call responsibilities and maintain hospital privileges
• Supervise practice staff and oversee clinical operations
• Attend mandatory trainings and regulatory events
• Communicate concerns with the admin team promptly
• Stay compliant with all federal, state, and internal regulations

Qualifications

• MD or DO with active Florida license
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in EMR, documentation, and general office software
• Ability to lead, multitask, and foster a positive patient experience

Certificates & Licenses Required

• Florida medical license
• Board Certification or Eligibility in Family Medicine
• Current DEA registration and professional certifications
