Your Role
As a Family Medicine or Primary Care Physician, you’ll provide full-scope outpatient care in our modern clinics. You’ll focus on prevention, chronic disease management, and wellness across diverse age groups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive, evidence-based primary care for adult and/or pediatric patients.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to address patients’ physical and emotional well-being.
- Promote wellness, prevention, and culturally informed patient education.
- Accurately document patient encounters using eClinicalWorks (eCW) EMR.
- Participate in quality improvement and care coordination efforts.
Qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Med-Peds.
- Active California Medical License and DEA License.
- Strong commitment to community health and culturally sensitive care.
