Role Summary:

We are seeking a forward-thinking, wellness-aligned Family Medicine Doctor with a background in holistic or alternative medicine. This role will serve as the clinical cornerstone of our Wellness department, actively contributing to the development of integrative health programs and providing personalized primary care that emphasizes prevention, vitality, and sustainable well-being.

Preferably ARABIC and English speakers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive family medicine consultations for adults and adolescents, with an emphasis on holistic assessment and preventive care.
• Participate in designing and refining the clinic wellness and longevity programs, integrating conventional medicine with alternative and evidence-based holistic therapies.
• Collaborate with internal departments including IV therapy, physiotherapy, nutrition, aesthetics, and dentistry to deliver a seamless, multi-disciplinary care experience.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions using a whole-person approach, incorporating lifestyle medicine, stress management, and complementary treatments.
• Conduct regular health screenings and oversee wellness assessments to track and enhance patient outcomes.
• Support the emotional and psychological well-being of patients by working closely with the physiological healing team when necessary.
• Uphold the highest standards in patient care, record-keeping, and DHA compliance.
• Actively contribute to elevating the overall patient experience, including journey design, communication practices, and post-care follow-up.
• Stay current with global advancements in functional, integrative, and preventative medicine.

Qualifications:

• Medical Degree (MD or equivalent) with DHA license or eligibility in Family Medicine.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience, with proven knowledge or certification in holistic, integrative, or alternative medicine.
• Deep understanding of wellness medicine, nutritional health, and lifestyle transformation.
• Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
• Passion for innovation, program development, and ethical, patient-centric care.
