Family Medicine with OB Opportunity – Susanville, CA

Northeastern Rural Health Clinics is recruiting a dedicated Family Medicine Physician with obstetric training to join our team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive, full-scope care including prenatal, delivery, postpartum services, and the full breadth of family medicine across the lifespan.

Position Highlights

• Full-scope Family Medicine/Primary Care for patients of all ages
• Comprehensive OB & GYN services including deliveries, surgical procedures, and preventive women’s health
• Collaborative, mission-driven FQHC environment
• Loan repayment, relocation assistance, and sign-on bonus available
• Approximately ___ deliveries per month
• Flexible schedule: 4x10-hour shifts or 5x8-hour shifts, Monday–Friday
• Weeknight and weekend call rotation required
• Patient volume expectations: 18–22 per 10-hour shift; 14–16 per 8-hour shift

Requirements

• MD/DO, Board Certified in Family Medicine
• OB Fellowship or equivalent obstetric training in Family Medicine
• Board certified or eligible in Family Medicine Obstetrics (BCFMO)
• Active California medical license (or ability to obtain)
• ALSO, NRP, and ACLS preferred
• Bilingual (Spanish) strongly preferred but not required
