Qualifications:

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in Tennessee
• Board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC or FNP-C)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Family Practice or Primary Care setting
• DEA license required
• DOT Certification preferred
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
• Comfortable with technology.
• Confident in managing a patient load of up to 20 patients per day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct physical exams and wellness screenings
• Diagnose and manage both acute and chronic conditions
• Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests
• Prescribe medications and create evidence-based treatment plans
• Educate and counsel patients on preventive health strategies
• Collaborate with clinic staff.
• Maintain thorough and timely electronic documentation
