You must be comfortable educating patients, recommending comprehensive treatment plans, and contributing to clinic revenue in an ethical, patient-centered way.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive consultations for hormone therapy, weight loss, aesthetics and sexual wellness programs
• Review labs, adjust treatment plans, and prescribe medications in accordance with protocols and state regulations
• Perform or oversee aesthetic procedures (neurotoxin injections, filler, microneedling, etc.) based on training
• Educate patients on treatment options, medication administration, and lifestyle recommendations
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow-up communication to ensure high-quality continuity of care
• Collaborate closely with a supportive team of RNs, MAs, and medical directors
• Uphold New You’s gold-standard service experience at every patient touchpoint

Qualifications

• Current Nurse Practitioner license in Texas (required)
• Experience in hormone management, aesthetics or weight loss medicine preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate
• Strong clinical judgment with a passion for functional and regenerative health
• Exceptional communication skills and a commitment to patient education
• Professional, polished presence consistent with our brand’s luxury-medical aesthetic
