Northampton Integrative Medicine is an established integrative medical clinic serving patients throughout the Northeast. We are seeking a full-time Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to join our collaborative and mission-driven practitioner team.

• Salary Range: Starting at $120,000+ annually, based on experience and qualifications.

About Northampton Integrative Medicine: Our diverse team of specialists provides expert care in allergy and immunology, chronic illness, autoimmune conditions, regenerative medicine, and general wellness care. We take a patient-centered, integrative approach that focuses on identifying and addressing the root causes of illness through comprehensive assessment and advanced diagnostic testing.

Our team of physicians, physician assistants, and nurse practitioners works closely with experienced medical support staff to provide collaborative, whole-person care. We are looking to expand our care team with a primary care provider who shares our commitment to thoughtful, personalized medicine.

Position Overview: We are seeking a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner interested in integrative healthcare and excited to help expand primary care services within an established integrative medicine clinic. The ideal candidate is open-minded, collaborative, and motivated to practice medicine that prioritizes root-cause healing and whole-person care.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, individualized primary care to adult patients in clinic
• Collaborate with in-house specialty providers to coordinate comprehensive patient care
• Support a whole-person approach to health and wellness
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and team education

Qualifications

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner in the state of Massachusetts
• Board certification in Family Practice or Internal Medicine
• Active DEA certification
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working with adult patient populations
• Passion for collaborative, patient-centered care and interest in integrative medicine

Pay Range Disclosure: In accordance with the Massachusetts Wage Transparency Act, the pay range for this position starts at $120,000 per year, reflecting what we reasonably and in good faith expect to pay at the time of posting. Final compensation will depend on the candidate’s experience, skills, and alignment with the role’s responsibilities.
