Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Family Nurse Practitioner to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in primary care, functional medicine and a passion for holistic health practices. In this role, you will deliver comprehensive patient care, utilizing your expertise in medical assessments, treatment planning, and health education within a naturopathic framework. Your contributions will support our mission to promote healing and overall wellness for diverse patient populations.

Duties

• Conduct thorough physical examinations and patient assessments to determine health status and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Manage acute and chronic conditions across various age groups, including pediatrics, geriatrics, and adult patients.
• Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems for accurate documentation of patient encounters and medical records.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on case management.
• Provide telehealth consultations to expand access to care while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Educate patients on health, nutrition, natural medicines, and lifestyle modifications to promote wellness.

Qualifications

• Valid Family Nurse Practitioner license with current certification from an accredited program.
• Proven experience in primary care settings with familiarity in internal medicine, pediatrics, geriatrics, or emergency medicine.
• Strong clinical skills including physical examinations, diagnostic evaluation, medication administration, and medical documentation.
• Experience working with EMR/EHR systems.
• Knowledge of CPT coding, ICD-10/ICD-9 coding standards for billing and documentation purposes.
• Familiarity with functional or naturopathic medicine is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate patients effectively while demonstrating empathy and professionalism. Pay: $70,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
