Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate NURSE PRACTIONER to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate's will have extensive experience across various clinical settings, including acute care, primary care, geriatrics, and pediatrics. These role involve providing comprehensive patient assessments, managing treatment plans, and collaborating with our team to deliver exceptional care. Experience and familiarity with HIPAA regulations are preferred to ensure high-quality patient care in diverse environments, including but not limited to Naturopathic and Alternative Medicine. Pay is founded by experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments including vital signs, physical examinations, and medical history reviews.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans across various specialties including acute pain management, hospice & palliative medicine, geriatrics, pediatrics, and infectious disease care.
• Perform clinical procedures such as suturing, IV insertion, catheterization, tube feeding management, dermal fillers, and laser treatments.
• Manage medication administration and injections while adhering to sterile techniques and aseptic protocols.
• Utilize of accurate medical documentation and coding (ICD-9/10, CPT).
• Provide patient education on health coaching, disease management, and nutrition.
• Engage in case management activities.
• Assist in infection control practices and sterile processing to ensure patient safety across all procedures.

Experience

• Proven clinical experience and appropriate documentation are required.
• Experience working with diverse patient populations including pediatrics, geriatrics and individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Familiarity with medical laboratory specimen collection/processing is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work within EMR/EHR systems such as Athena Health Inc. while maintaining compliance with NCQA standards.
• Prior experience in clinics. Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
