Family Nurse Practitioner

Salary: $140k+/year based on experience

Lasante Health Center is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to provide medical services on LaSante's new Mobile Unit, focusing on health promotion, disease prevention, diagnosis, and treatment. The ideal candidate will excel in these areas, supporting our mission to deliver quality healthcare to patients of all ages in our community.

Responsibilities:

• Prescribe medication, examine patients, and provide treatment to patients of all ages
• Gather health histories
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests
• Perform physical examinations
• Develop and implement treatment plans
• Dictate and document all patient interactions
• Notify managing physician about unusual or unexpected events or problems

Qualifications:

• Current license/registration to practice as an FNP in NY
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to maintain highly confidential information
• Warm, comforting demeanor
