Family Nurse Practitioner

Looking to hire a full time Nurse Practitioner for a busy Family Practice office in Mauriceville, Texas. Hrs M-Th 8 AM - 5 PM and Friday 8 AM - 12:30 PM. Dr. Jalali's office is a well established, fast paced family practice clinic dedicated to providing high quality, compassionate primary care to all patients. We are looking for a experienced, independent, and efficient Nurse Practitioner to join our team and help us continue our mission of delivering superior patient centered care. As an experienced Nurse Practitioner, you will manage a busy panel of patients, providing comprehensive primary care services including acute, chronic and preventative care. This role requires strong diagnostic skills, and the ability to work independently within a high volume environment. Responsibilities will include conducting thorough physical exams and obtain detailed medical histories. Diagnose and treat acute illnesses, and manage chronic conditions. Order, interpret, and act upon diagnostic tests. Prescribe medications and formulate evidence-based treatment plans. Provide health counseling, wellness education, and preventative care. Maintain accurate, timely, and detailed patient documentation. Collaborate with Dr. Jalali and staff to ensure efficient clinic workflow. Must have a current Texas license and be a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner with experience. Salary depends on level of experience.
