Family Nurse Practitioner

24-40 hours a week.

Looking for dynamic ,flexible, self-motivated Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Work in wellness, preventative care, primary Care, urgent Care and disease management. Candidate must be able to function autonomously as well as being a team
player. Dynamic personality with excellent communication skills.

• Eight hour shifts, 24-40 hours a week, Monday- Friday.
• Certified EMR. CPISQ- Evident

Qualifications:

• Ability to pass on-site drug tests and back ground check.
• Strong desire to promote health, disease management and prevention.
• Must have DEA Certificate, NPI, prescriptive privileges
• Arizona Advanced Practice Nursing License

Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with Arizona Advanced Practice Nursing License

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Overtime
