Family Nurse Practitioner

Solstice Health is a leading non-insurance-based Direct Primary Care (DPC) and Direct Surgical Care (DSC) corporation in Wisconsin. We are seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner to join our team and be part of a paradigm shift in healthcare delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, patient-centric care within our innovative DPC model.
• Manage day-to-day patient care and counseling with additional time for thorough assessments.
• Perform lab draws and administer IVs under the supervision of the Medical Director.
• Facilitate patient engagement and cost savings through our in-house pharmaceutical dispensary and lab draw center.
• Assist in the implementation of integrative medicine, lifestyle change, and wellness programs.
• Collaborate closely with staff at multiple locations and the Medical Director to ensure a hands-on, team-based approach to patient care.
• Take part in wholesale service and supply analysis to promote cost-effective care.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner in a clinical setting, ideally with exposure to healthcare administration or management.
• Strong organizational skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Familiarity with IV management, Functional/Integrative Medicine, and nutrition/wellness fields preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Motivation to lead and drive change in healthcare delivery.
