Family Nurse Practitioner

*Overview*

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide primary care services to patients of all ages, focusing on health promotion, disease prevention, and the management of acute and chronic illnesses.

*Responsibilities*

- Conduct comprehensive physical assessments

- Diagnose and treat common acute illnesses

- Manage chronic health conditions

- Develop and implement patient care plans

- Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention

- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals

- Utilize telehealth services for patient consultations

*Requirements*

- Current Nurse Practitioner certification

- Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing

- Proficiency in adult/adolescents, internal medicine, chronic disease management, basic procedures, acute illness

- Strong interpersonal skills

- Familiarity with telehealth services

Job Types: Part-time, PRN, Per diem

Pay: $55.00 - $57.00 per hour
