Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments, including physical examinations, vital signs, and medical history reviews to determine health status and needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, incorporating evidence-based practices and patient preferences.
• Manage acute and chronic illnesses across various settings including outpatient clinics, urgent care centers, hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and telehealth platforms.
• Utilize electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care plans, discharge planning, case management, and utilization review processes while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Skills

• Extensive experience with EMR/EHR systems
• Proficiency in performing clinical procedures
• Ability to perform diagnostic evaluations using laboratory testing (including specimen collection/processing), medical imaging interpretation (e.g., sonography), and physiological assessments.
• Knowledge of CPT coding & ICD coding (ICD-9 & ICD-10) for accurate billing documentation; familiarity with Workers' Compensation law is a plus. Pay: From $120,000.00 per year
