Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Bilingual Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) fluent in English and either Spanish or Portuguese to join our growing healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive primary care services, focusing on preventive care, health education, and chronic disease management for patients of all ages—primarily adults, with occasional pediatric visits. The FNP will also receive specialized training in obesity management, TRT for men, and BHRT for women.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough physical examinations and health assessments for patients aged 5 and older, primarily adults.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses, developing individualized treatment plans, including acute pain management strategies.
• Administer medications and treatments in adherence to clinical guidelines.
• Provide patient education and counseling on preventive care, disease management, and treatment options.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in various healthcare settings.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Nursing from an accredited FNP program.
• Current certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C or FNP-BC).
• Bilingual in English & Spanish OR English & Portuguese (required).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in primary care.
• Experience in primary care settings preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with patients and healthcare teams.
• Passion for working with diverse and underserved populations.
