Family Nurse Practitioner

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our dedicated healthcare team. In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive primary care services across diverse patient populations, including pediatrics, geriatrics, and adult patients. Your expertise will support the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care through clinical assessments, diagnosis, treatment planning, and health education. Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough physical examinations and patient assessments to determine health status and develop personalized care plans.
  • Manage acute and chronic illnesses by diagnosing conditions, prescribing medications, and ordering diagnostic tests such as Imaging or laboratory evaluations.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, including discharge planning, case management for accurate medical documentation and coding (ICD-10/ICD-9/CPT).
  • Perform procedures such as suturing, cryotherapy.
  • Participate in telehealth consultations to extend access to care and support patients remotely.
  • Educate patients on health coaching topics like nutrition, family planning, medication administration, and disease prevention strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and infection control protocols while maintaining high standards of patient safety.Requirements
  • Valid Family Nurse Practitioner certification with current licensure in the state of practice.
  • Proven experience working in outpatient clinics.
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology, physiology, anatomy knowledge, and diagnostic evaluation techniques.
  • Thorough documentation in medical charts
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse populations including children (pediatrics) through seniors (geriatrics).
  • Excellent communication skills for triage assessments and patient education; basic life support (BLS) certification required.
  • Familiarity with CPT coding for billing purposes is essential.

Pay: $1,700.00 - $7,392.00 per month
