SummaryWe are seeking a Nurse Practitioner (family/adult/acute care) to join our compassionate team at Skypoint Recovery. In this role, you will play a critical part in providing evidence-based treatment and support to individuals overcoming addiction, contributing to the overall health and resilience of our community.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive medical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide medication management and monitor patient progress throughout their recovery journey.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care for patients.
• Educate patients and their families about mental health and addiction recovery processes.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to enhance patient outcomes and support community healing.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of Ohio.
• Experience in addiction treatment preferred, but not required.
• Strong triage skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients, families, and team members.
