Job Summary
Veros Health is seeking a highly skilled and patient-centered Nurse Practitioner to work directly with Dr. Isaac Melamed in a high-touch, concierge-level care model.

This is a unique opportunity to partner closely with a highly recognized and influential physician leader and play a central role in delivering coordinated, thoughtful, and exceptional care. You will support new patient visits, follow-up care, and care coordination across the patient journey.

What You'll Do

• Partner directly with Dr. Melamed during new patient consultations and follow-up visits
• Conduct assessments, document care, and support treatment planning
• Manage follow-up workflows to ensure continuity of care
• Coordinate across infusion services, pharmacies, specialists, and internal teams
• Guide patients through their care journey with a high level of communication and support
• Identify and close care gaps proactively
• Travel between Veros Health locations as needed
• Support immunology and infusion-related workflows when applicable
• Schedule: 4, 10 Hour Shifts (10 am to 8 pm) with Fridays Off

What We're Looking For

• Active Nurse Practitioner license (Colorado or ability to obtain)
• Willingness to travel between clinic locations
• DEA registration (or ability to obtain)
• 3+ years of NP experience in a relevant clinical setting
• New graduate Nurse Practitioners will be considered if they bring strong related nursing experience in infusion, immunology, or other relevant specialty areas
• Experience in immunology, infusion, oncology, or internal medicine preferred
• Strong care coordination and patient management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment

Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
