Our Clifton location is focused on primary care, preventive medicine, behavioral health integration, occupational medicine, and community-centered outpatient services.

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Bilingual Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to support our expanding outpatient operations in Northern New Jersey.

Position Summary

The Bilingual Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) will provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services to pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients in a collaborative, patient-centered clinical environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations, physical exams, and assessments
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
• Develop treatment plans and prescribe medications in accordance with NJ regulations
• Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic testing
• Provide preventive care, wellness visits, and patient education
• Support chronic disease management and care coordination
• Collaborate with behavioral health and specialty care providers
• Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
• Deliver compassionate, culturally competent patient care

Qualifications

Required:

• Active New Jersey APRN license
• Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
• Current DEA and CDS registration (or ability to obtain)
• Minimum 2 years of outpatient, primary care, urgent care, or community health experience
• Fluency in English and Spanish
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred

• Experience serving Medicaid or underserved populations
• Behavioral health integration experience
• Telehealth experience
• Experience with pediatric and adult patient populations
• BLS Certification

Schedule

• Flexible scheduling available
• Minimum availability of approximately 20 hours per week preferred
• Weekday availability required
• Occasional evening availability is a plus
