Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our healthcare team, dedicated to delivering comprehensive primary care across diverse patient populations. Duties

  • Conduct detailed physical examinations and health assessments for patients across all age groups, including pediatrics, geriatrics, and adult populations.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans based on clinical evaluations, diagnostic results, and patient needs.
  • Manage acute illnesses and chronic conditions with evidence-based interventions, including medication administration and lifestyle counseling.
  • Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems such as Epic, eClinicalWorks, or Cerner to document patient encounters accurately and efficiently.
  • Perform specialized procedures such as suturing, IV infusions, catheterization, and dermal fillers when appropriate.
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for case management, discharge planning, and referrals to specialists like gastroenterology or infectious disease care providers.
  • Engage in telehealth consultations to expand access to care while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and medical documentation standards.

Qualifications

  • Valid Family Nurse Practitioner certification with current state licensure.
  • Proven experience in primary care settings with proficiency in medical office operations and EMR/EHR systems.
  • Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, pharmacology, and medical terminology essential for accurate patient assessment and diagnosis.
  • Experience with diverse clinical procedures including venipuncture, sterile processing techniques, and basic life support (BLS).
  • Familiarity with complex medical conditions such as critical care scenarios, ICU or trauma center experience preferred.
  • Ability to perform triage effectively in urgent care or emergency room environments; experience with hospital medicine or post-acute care is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills to educate patients on health coaching, medication management, family planning, and nutrition strategies. Pay: $80,075.63 - $133,768.50 per year
