We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in Adult Medicine to join our dedicated healthcare team.

Four days in office - One day remote

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough physical examinations and assess vital signs to evaluate patient health status.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for adult patients, including managing acute and chronic illnesses.
• Perform diagnostic evaluations utilizing laboratory testing, medical imaging, and other clinical assessments.
• Administer injections, including immunizations and medications
• Manage patient care through EMR (Electronic Medical Records) system ensuring accurate documentation.
• Provide health coaching and education to empower patients in managing their health conditions effectively.
• Coordinate with specialists for referrals and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive care delivery.

Pay: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
