Recovia, LLC, is seeking a FAMILY NURSE PRACTITIONER FNP for our Outpatient Behavioral Health / Complex Pain / Addiction Clinic in Phoenix at our Estrella Clinic at 9250 W Thomas Rd #250, Phoenix AZ 85037.

Recovia, LLC provides a true integrative program with Nurse Practitioners/Physician Assistants, Clinical Psychologists, Social Workers, Counselors, and Physical Therapists all working together under the same roof to treat patients.
