What You’ll Do

• Provide primary and urgent care services virtually (chat + video) and in-person (patient homes or workplaces)
• Provide and document visits, histories, referrals, labs, and follow-ups in the EHR
• Help patients understand and manage medications
• Perform (or learn to perform) basic procedures like blood draws or cryo therapy
• Build trusted relationships with patients and help them feel healthier and happier

What We’re Looking For

• Licensure: FNP-C, APRN, and RN licensure per the WI and/or MN Board of Nursing, active
• Certifications: Current BLS
• Experience: 1+ year in family practice and/or urgent care with pediatric experience
• Education: Graduate of an accredited FNP program (Master’s required)
• This role requires in-person home visits. Applicants must have a valid, unrestricted driver’s license and reliable transportation

Clinic Hours: 8am–7pm weekdays; 10am–2pm weekends (weekends are virtual only)

Pay: $55.00 - $70.00 per hour
