Position: Family Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant

Location: Sunnyvale, CA 94039

Pay: $100 - 105/hr.

Duration: ASAP - 02/17/26 (Possible extension)

Schedule: 8 am - 04:30 pm | Monday to Friday | 40 hours weekly, no weekends or on-call requirements!

Setting: Primary/Occupational Care employee clinic

Overview: Seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide primary care services at an occupational health clinic to the employees and their dependents. The role will focus primarily on acute care and follow-up visits in a workplace-based setting.

• Primary care, Urgent care, Acute care, Occupational health, or experience in a similar setting is preferred

• EPIC EMR experience is preferred

• Active FNP or PA License in California

• Active BLS from AHA or be willing to obtain it post-offer.

• DEA License preferred, but not required

• Must have a clean background
