Wiregrass Direct Primary Care is seeking a motivated and clinically strong Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our growing primary care practice in Wesley Chapel, Florida.

We combine insurance-based care with Direct Primary Care (DPC) and offer a wide range of in-house services, allowing providers to deliver high-quality, efficient, and patient-centered care.

Compensation Structure

We offer a hybrid compensation model designed to reward both stability and performance:

• Base Salary: $52,000 – $64,000 (based on experience)
• Productivity Bonus: Additional compensation based on patient volume
• Procedure & Ancillary Revenue Share: Earn additional income from in-office services (e.g., injections, allergy testing, IV therapy, etc.)

Realistic Total Compensation:

• $100,000 – $120,000+ depending on productivity and engagement

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Develop and implement treatment plans
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests
• Perform in-office procedures (training provided as needed)
• Educate patients on prevention, lifestyle, and disease management
• Participate in telehealth visits when appropriate
• Contribute to a team-based, patient-centered care model

Clinical Services (Experience Not Required, Training Available)

• Joint and trigger point injections
• Allergy testing and treatment
• Sleep study management (CPAP/oral appliances)
• Women’s health procedures (Pap smears, IUD/Nexplanon)
• IV hydration therapy

Qualifications

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN)
• Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Family Nurse Practitioner in Florida
• Autonomous license preferred OR willingness to obtain (we will support the process)
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Interest in procedural skills and expanded primary care services
• Ability to work in a fast-paced but supportive environment

Work Schedule & Expectations

• Full-time, part-time, or contract options available
• Flexible scheduling
• Gradual ramp-up in patient volume
• Typical patient flow designed for efficiency and quality care
• On-call rotation approximately one weekend per month

Preferred Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of clinical experience (primary care preferred)
• Spanish-speaking (a plus)
• Interest in learning procedural and ancillary service lines
