Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Elite Health/Advanced Medical is hiring 1099 Independent Contractor, Board Certified Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to help our local veterans in completing Compensation and Pension Examinations and Active Duty Claims to assist in their VA Benefits Claims. Great supplemental income opportunity to your current practice.

Design your own schedule, flexible work hours. Work as little as 4-8 days a month (Can be weekdays or weekends) Cash-based pay, no insurance collections.

Responsibilities of the Physician

Perform Compensation and Pension Examinations on Veterans, Complete a thorough review of medical records on a cloud-based EHR, Conduct physical assessments based on specific disability claims, Submit information gathered through an online portal for the VA to review as part of a compensation/pension claim, All exams will take place at approved facilities with proper equipment and internet access provided, If you have your own practice you can conduct these exams with a flexible schedule that works with your current patient scheduling.

Requirements of the Nurse Practitioner

• Active Medical license in state of employment.
• No current litigation on medical license.
• Board Certified.
• One year experience and/or some prior VA work is ideal.
• BYOD- you must provide your own device.
