Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (Bilingual Preferred) to join our clinical team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to deliver high-quality medical services across diverse patient populations, including pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a passion for improving community health through comprehensive primary care. The ideal candidate must be able to commit to at least 3 shifts per month.

Duties

• Conduct thorough patient assessments, including physical examinations and vital signs, to establish accurate diagnoses and treatment plans.
• Manage a broad scope of medical conditions utilizing advanced clinical skills, including acute pain management, infectious disease care, and chronic disease management.
• Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems such as AdvancedMD for documentation, order entry, and patient data management.
• Provide health coaching and education tailored to individual patient needs, including family planning and nutrition counseling.

Qualifications

• Valid licensure as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with current certification from an accredited body.
• Demonstrated experience in primary care settings with proficiency in medical documentation and CPT coding practices.
• Experience working with diverse populations including pediatrics, geriatrics, individuals with disabilities, and those requiring senior or memory care.
• Excellent communication skills combined with a compassionate approach to patient-centered care.
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced settings.
