We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our welcoming, family-oriented primary care practice. This is a full-time, salaried position providing comprehensive care to patients of all ages — from newborns through adulthood.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient evaluations, including physical examinations, medical history review, and assessment of acute and chronic conditions
- Diagnose and manage a wide range of acute and chronic illnesses using evidence-based treatment plans
- Prescribe medications, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and adjust treatment plans as clinically appropriate
- Provide patient and family education regarding health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment options
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, clinical staff, and administrative team members to ensure seamless patient care
- Maintain timely and accurate medical documentation within the electronic health record
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and uphold clinical best practices
- Maintain a safe, organized, and professional clinical environment
- Uphold the highest standards of patient care, professionalism, and ethical practice
Qualifications
- Master’s or Doctorate degree in Nursing with a Family Nurse Practitioner specialization (MSN or DNP)
- Current, unrestricted New Mexico FNP license
- Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC/FNP-C) or board eligible
- Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team-based environment
- Passion for providing compassionate, family-centered healthcare
