Role Overview

DRA Group is seeking a high-calibre Family Office Manager (Mutual Fund Manager) to lead end-to-end family office operations, with a strong focus on mutual fund portfolio management, performance optimization, market-driven asset allocation, and capital preservation. This role is ideal for professionals who have managed high-stakes portfolios, AUM-driven strategies, and dynamic market cycles.

Key Responsibility Areas

• End-to-end management of family office investment operations

• Mutual fund portfolio construction, monitoring, and performance analysis

• Asset allocation, rebalancing, and risk management across market cycles

• Strategic response to bullish, bearish, and volatile market conditions

• Portfolio analytics, forecasting, and market indicator–based recommendations

• Advisory support to top management on capital deployment and optimization

• Performance tracking aligned with benchmarks, AUM growth, and risk metrics

• Coordination with brokers, AMCs, custodians, and financial institutions

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Experience in mutual fund management, portfolio advisory, or family office operations

• Prior exposure with firms such as Motilal Oswal, Nippon India Mutual Fund, AMC/brokerage houses, PMS, or wealth firms preferred

• Strong understanding of capital markets, fund performance metrics, and investment strategy execution

• Data-driven, market-aware, and investment-outcome focused mindset

Qualification

Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, MBA (Finance), CFA/CFP (preferred)
