Overview
We are seeking an experienced, organised, and discreet Family Personal Assistant (PA) to support the daily lifestyle, logistics, and operations of a private household in Dubai. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask across personal, family, and household matters.
The ideal candidate will bring a calm, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset to a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This position is ideal for a second-jobber with some prior experience who is eager to grow, develop, and commit long-term.
Key ResponsibilitiesTravel & Logistics
- Assist the existing PA team with all aspects of family travel, including flight research, bookings, check-ins, ground transportation, and luggage coordination.
- Support visa processing and passport renewals for family members and household staff.
- Maintain and update travel schedules, itineraries, and family preferences in line with existing systems.
Household & Staff Coordination
- Support the oversight of domestic staff schedules, duties, and performance.
- Act as a liaison between household staff and the principals to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Coordinate household maintenance, repairs, and property upkeep across all residences.
- Assist with pet care logistics, including grooming, veterinary visits, and supplies.
Children’s Schedules
- Organise and maintain children’s school timetables, extracurricular activities, tutoring sessions, and holiday programs.
- Ensure templates and schedules are accurately updated, circulated, and synced with online calendars.
- Arrange recreational activities, outings, and time-management plans for children.
Health & Administration
- Assist with private medical insurance claims and health-related paperwork.
- Maintain family calendars, medical appointments, and key reminders.
- Keep accurate records of important documents, renewals, and personal files.
Property & Finance Coordination
- Assist with tracking household expenses and coordinating with property managers, utilities, and service contractors.
- Monitor and renew household contracts, insurance policies, and administrative documentation.
Lifestyle Management
- Make restaurant, spa, hospitality, and leisure reservations according to family preferences.
- Handle personal shopping, gift procurement, and special errands.
- Serve as a central point of contact for personal, household, and lifestyle-related matters.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar Personal Assistant or Private Household role.
- Good understanding of travel logistics, international bookings, and visa procedures.
- High level of discretion, confidentiality, and emotional intelligence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational ability with proven multitasking and time-management skills.
- Tech-savvy — comfortable with Google Calendar, Excel, Word, and daily communication on iPhone.
- Basic working knowledge of AI tools for research and workflow efficiency.
- Fluent, articulate English (written and spoken).
- Flexible, proactive, and solution-driven approach.
Desirable
- Previous experience supporting HNW/UHNW families.
- Familiarity with private household management and luxury service expectations.
- Understanding of family dynamics, child-friendly routines, and pet care.
Hours of Work
- In-office, 6 days per week
- Every alternate Saturday from home
- Monday–Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
